    The work of AMUCSS (Asociación Mexicana de Uniones de Crédito del Sector Social), the People’s Clearinghouse, and the Interledger Foundation is rooted in one shared belief: that financial inclusion is not just about money, but about people, land, and culture. What might seem like simple economic activity is, in truth, a story of life, resilience, and tradition. One where digital tools meet ancestral knowledge to build a fairer future. This project had the goal of integrating rural reality and technology in the most humane way possible.

  4. Snake Nation - ILP Summit 2024 Partnership

    Snake Nation seeks to be The Interledger Foundation's (ILF) first-ever Interledger Summit Community Partner grantee and use the opportunity to contribute to the Interledger ecosystem and further our relationships with regulators and other stakeholders in Open Payments in South Africa. To address the grant’s aims to activate local change-makers in the Interledger Summit’s host city, Snake Nation will engage the local community to grow our influence better and advance their digital financial inclusion initiatives. Snake Nation will leverage this opportunity to build stronger bonds with local and regional regulators, entrepreneurs, government officials, and the broader open-source development community.

  8. Story Synth – web monetization for storytelling games and community grants for game designers

    Story Synth is an open source web platform for making, playing, and sharing storytelling games. It supports a variety of game types inspired by tabletop roleplaying games. This project would add new Web Monetization features to the Story Synth game platform and grow its community engagement and user base through a microgrant program awarding $300 grants to game designers from marginalized backgrounds.
