The Interledger Foundation works to make financial systems open and fair, at a global scale. We steward the Interledger Protocol and Open Payments open standards, support and fund the people building more accessible financial services, and work with regulators and institutions to make open payments viable in practice.

We’re glad to help journalists reporting on open payments, interoperability, cross-border payments, digital financial access and inclusion, and the policy decisions that shape who can take part. We can offer background, data, and named commentary from the people doing the work.
