Ioana is an Engineering Manager with a flavor of Community and DevRel. She has a strong experience in web technologies and her experience spans over 15 years, covering Release Engineering in large international corporations, foundations and series-A start-ups. Besides her work she dedicates her time to building tech communities and improving access to education. She is the Module Owner for Mozilla Programmes, an alumnae of the Mozilla Tech Speakers, and stands as an ambassador for CodeWeek at the European Commission. She is an advisor and board member for Women in Tech, contributes to Open Source and different volunteering programs and is passionate about closing the gaps when it comes to inclusivity and diversity.
