With more than 20 years in banking and finance, he combines deep expertise in credit strategy, risk analysis, and project management with a client-first approach. His career has been dedicated to building lending solutions that are practical, sustainable, and tailored to the unique needs of businesses across diverse industries. Feintz began his career in commercial and residential banking, where he gained a strong foundation in underwriting, portfolio management, and compliance. From 2021 to 2023, he served as Vice President, East Coast Team Lead for Residential Lending at City National Bank, leading a high-performing team that increased market share by 24% and consistently surpassed revenue goals. He later transitioned into real estate as Vice President of Multifamily Acquisitions and Syndications at Markinvest Real Estate in New York, where he led investment strategies, managed syndications, and forged strong partnerships with institutional investors to maximize returns and enhance portfolio performance. In 2025, Feintz joined Lendistry to expand the firm’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic Market. In his current role, he develops referral networks, partners with centers of influence, and provides strategic credit guidance to small business clients. Drawing on his leadership background and subject matter expertise in SBA 7(a), 504, and acquisition lending, he ensures clients receive financing options designed to meet both immediate and long-term goals.
