Dr. Wilneida Negrón is a political scientist, technologist, and social entrepreneur who works at the intersection of labor, technology, and financial markets. She currently leads Worker Innovation & Impact at Coworker.org, co-founded the Startups & Society Initiative, and founded the Future of Workers Initiative. Her work helps founders, investors, policy makers, and civil society understand how emerging technologies, from AI and algorithmic management to employment and payments infrastructure, shape workers’ rights, dignity, and agency. She builds frameworks, standards, and practices that ensure innovations are equitable and human-centered.
