Terms and Conditions of Attendance

By registering for or attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Attendance and Participation

Attendance is subject to registration confirmation and venue capacity.
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, speakers, organizers, and venue staff.
The Interledger Foundation reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or contrary to the event’s purpose.

2. Filming and Photography

Please be aware that this event will be recorded, photographed, and may be live-streamed.
By attending, you grant The Interledger Foundation and its affiliates the right to capture and use your image, voice, likeness, and any contributions made during the event.
These materials may be used for documentation, marketing, communications, or archival purposes, in any format and without compensation.

3. Ownership of Media

All photographs, video footage, audio recordings, and written transcripts produced during the event are the exclusive property of The Interledger Foundation.
The Foundation retains full rights to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute this content worldwide, in perpetuity.

4. Data and Privacy

Personal data collected through registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Contact information will be used only for essential event communications unless you opt in to receive more.

5. Networking & Social Segment

The event may include networking activities where food and beverages (including alcohol) are served.
Attendees must be of legal drinking age to consume alcohol and are responsible for their own choices and conduct during the event.

6. Personal Responsibility and Liability

All attendees participate at their own risk.
The Interledger Foundation accepts no responsibility or liability for:
- Any loss, theft, or damage to personal property
- Any injury, illness, or other issues that occur during or as a result of attendance
It is the responsibility of each attendee to ensure their safety and well-being throughout the event.

7. Changes and Cancellations

The Interledger Foundation reserves the right to make changes to the program, speakers, or event structure due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of significant updates, we will notify registered participants promptly.
