My mission is to harness and leverage community social capital to promote financial inclusion. I am committed to driving the successful adoption and integration of technological solutions that empower traditionally underserved communities. With a solid engineering background, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership, and a customer-centric approach to my role. Currently, I I play a key role in the implementation of Kanzu Banking, a core banking platform designed to streamline and enhance the operations of VSLAs, MFIs, and SACCOs. I focus on ensuring seamless onboarding, efficient data migration, and exceptional customer service. Honoured by HiPipo as one of the “40 Women Under 40” pioneering change in the fintech space in Africa and beyond, my innovative strategies have significantly improved the customer experience and driven a product-led approach within our team. I am driven by a passion for continuous improvement and innovation, always seeking ways to optimize processes and enhance the value we deliver to our clients.
